BUILDING TIMELINE

Building a new home, on a Triple Dot lot with a Triple Dot floor plan, takes about six months complete, barring any major setbacks with materials or subcontractors. We have outlined the process below so you know what to expect as your home is being built.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All homes built by Triple Dot Homes are covered under a limited one-year builder’s warranty beginning the day that keys are handed over to the new owners and the house is ready to be moved into. The builder’s warranty covers the structural integrity of the home, including the foundation system, load-bearing stud walls, floor joists, and load-bearing beams, columns, trusses, and rafters. The Triple Dot Homes builder’s warranty does not cover appliances, fixtures, unforeseen environmental conditions, acts of God, lack of proper maintenance, or lack of timely notification of an issue. All warranty claims or communications from the homeowner should be directed to the office manager at Triple Dot Homes.
